2. Mindy McAdams OK, so this is technically a blog for online journalism teachers, but it doesn’t mean you can’t be privy to some of Mindy McAdams’s unique perspectives on journalism education. She’ll sometimes even have tips on how to use different multimedia tools.

3. News University A part of the Poynter Institute, this site has countless interactive quizzes that will help develop your online journalism news judgment (in addition to helping you learn about Online Media Law and other countless things). Click on “Online, Multimedia” and let the learning begin.

4. Tomorrow’s News, Tomorrow’s Journalists A blog ring on the Journalism.co.uk Web site that features contributions by fellow online journalism students (including your’s truly!). It’s helpful to read what other people your age are thinking and doing.

5. CoPress Student-led initiative to create a community for developing better software solutions for the college media online presence.

6. Poynter Institute: Online & Multimedia Pretty much anything on Poynter is an industry must-read (Read: Romenesko) but since this is an online journalism blog, I’ll focus on the Online & Multimedia section. It’s intellectual and forward-thinking.

7. Online Journalism Blog Written by Paul Bradshaw and a team of “interactive interns,” this Web site (and its creator) is one of the leaders in the field of online journalism blogs.

8. Interactive Narratives A part of the Online News Association, Interactive Narratives focuses on the best sites in multimedia journalism.

9. Innovation in College Media A project put together by The Center for Innovation in College Media, this blog looks at the latest developments in college journalism and looks to the future at what innovations can be done to advance college Web sites.

10. Wired Can be more tech-y than online journalism related but in the end they will all come together. Learn about the latest technological advances and news here.
